Is it accessible?

Yes. There is wheelchair access. Approximately 20 minute walk from train station. 15 minute walk from city centre. Near by bus - stop Crosville Club for number 5 to Llandudno and Caernarfon.

What if I’m anxious?

There is no pressure or expectation to talk. Join in when you feel ready.

Is it confidential?

Yes.

Do I have to come every week?
